Durchf\u00fchrung eines Insolvenzverfahrens in Eigenverwaltung. Mit Antragstellung trat ein Rechtsanwalt der Kanzlei anchor als Organ in die Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrung ein und betreute die insolvenzrechtlichen Fragestellungen, die Kommunikation und die Abstimmung mit dem Insolvenzgericht und der Sachwaltung. Durchf\u00fchrung der Insolvengeldvorfinanzierung, Stabilisierung und Fortf\u00fchrung des Gesch\u00e4ftsbetriebs, Durchf\u00fchrung eines M&A-Prozesses, Verhandlungen mit nachrangigen Gl\u00e4ubigern, um deren Zustimmung zu einem Verkauf des Unternehmens zu erreichen. Im Ergebnis konnte eine \u00fcbertragende Sanierung an eine Gruppe von Finanzinvestoren und der Erhalt von 120 Arbeitspl\u00e4tzen erreicht werden.
