Defence against contest claims

In many insolvency proceedings suppliers, service providers and consultants to the insolvent business face demands from the insolvency administrator to repay payments made to them (contesting of a transaction pursuant to sections 129 et seq. of the German Insolvency Code (InsO)).

Since such a contest can often cover payments made over periods of several months or even years, the most efficient possible defence against such contests can be of enormous financial importance.

Our team represents clients across Germany who find themselves exposed to such claims.
